Aquatic plants are delicate and time and temperature sensitive. They are secured in atmosperhically-controlled containers suited for transport. Plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid a lengthy weekend holdover.
If payment is made by noon on Tuesday, it will ship that Tuesday.
If you suspect your plants are damaged in transport, contact us and we will reship at our cost!
